1. Subscription Plans

VAYUXI offers various subscription plans with different billing cycles:

  • Monthly Subscription: Billed every month
  • Annual Subscription: Billed once per year
  • Free Trial: Available for new users (if applicable)

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2. Free Trial Policy

2.1 Trial Period

We may offer a free trial period for new users to explore our services. The duration of the trial period will be clearly stated at the time of sign-up.

2.2 Trial Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time during the trial period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected.

2.3 Trial Eligibility

Free trials are available only to new users who have not previously subscribed to VAYUXI services. One trial per user/organization.

3.1 How to Cancel

3.2 Cancellation Effective Date

When you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the services until the end of the paid period.

3.3 No Partial Refunds

Cancellations do not result in partial refunds for the unused portion of your subscription period. You will retain access to the services until the end of your current billing cycle.

3.4 Reactivation

If you cancel your subscription and wish to reactivate it later, you can do so by subscribing again through your account. Your previous data may be retained for a limited period as per our data retention policy.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 General Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues on our end that prevent you from accessing the services
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Unauthorized charges to your account
  • Service not delivered as promised

4.2 Refund Request Period

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Billing Errors and Disputes

5.1 Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged twice for the same subscription, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and issue a refund for any duplicate charges.

5.2 Unauthorized Charges

5.3 Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error on our website or application, we reserve the right to cancel orders or subscriptions and issue a full refund.

6. Automatic Renewal and Billing

6.1 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate.

6.2 Renewal Notifications

We will send you a reminder email before your subscription renews. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription if you do not wish to continue.

6.3 Failed Payments

If your payment method fails during renewal, we will attempt to charge your payment method multiple times. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled.

7. Downgrades and Upgrades

7.1 Upgrading Your Plan

You can upgrade your subscription plan at any time. When you upgrade, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle, and the new plan will take effect immediately.

7.2 Downgrading Your Plan

If you downgrade your subscription plan, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the difference between the plans.

8. Service Termination by VAYUXI

8.1 Violation of Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate our Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

8.2 Service Discontinuation

If we discontinue our services, we will provide reasonable notice and may offer prorated refunds for any unused portion of your subscription.

9. Third-Party Payment Processors

10. Taxes and Fees
