All content, features, and functionality of VAYUXI, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by VAYUXI ERP Pvt Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to the data and content you upload to our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted services. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times or free from errors. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

8.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the services.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Surat, Gujarat, India. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
