Delete Your VAYUXI ERP Account
At VAYUXI ERP, we respect your privacy and give you control over your personal information. If you no longer wish to use VAYUXI ERP, you can request the deletion of your account and associated personal data.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request account deletion directly from the app or by contacting support if app access is unavailable.
Delete from the mobile application
- 1.Open the VAYUXI ERP app.
- 2.Log in to your account.
- 3.Navigate to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
- 4.Confirm your deletion request.
Contact our support team
If you cannot access the app, email our support team with the following information:
- Registered Mobile Number
- Full Name
- Company Name
- Reason for Account Deletion (Optional)
What Data Will Be Deleted
What Data May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained for legal, contractual, security, auditing, taxation, or compliance purposes. Retained information will only be stored for the legally required retention period.
Processing Time
We process verified account deletion requests within 7 business days.
Some information required for legal or regulatory compliance may be retained for a longer period.
